FAQ and troubleshooting

Invite-only access, empty Ask, queued Projects, tunnels, and the $50 plan.

How do I get an account?

Cockpit is invite-only. Use the contact form on orcaesb.com. After review, accept the Clerk invite and set a password on app.orcaesb.com. The Sign in button on the app is for people who already have an account.

Desktop Sign in returns but Ask is empty

Open website Integrations for that Project and confirm Cursor + the three Anypoint fields are set. Sign out of the desktop app and Sign in again so it hydrates. If Connections stay dark, the last GET failed — check you used the same Clerk account.

I tried to paste a key in the IDE

Don’t. Writes are rejected from Bearer tokens. Use Integrations on the website. The error text points at the website on purpose.

Project stays queued

Queued means the site recorded the Project (default on first account visit, or created from Projects). If our provision webhook is unset, an operator launches the box later. If it is set, status should move to provisioning then ready. Error means the launch failed — refresh /access and retry Start, or write through the contact form with your Clerk email and Project status.

OAuth will not finish

Use the right-hand VM for the consent screen. The laptop browser is not the Project. Stay on the bot that owns that VM.

Are filesystem tunnels live?

The ownership contract is live in the product model: project-mirror is AI-owned (VM → local); requirements-feed is user-owned (local → VM). Live VM filesystem transport is still scaffolding — see the Filesystem tunnels page.

FAQ

What does the $50 plan include?

The $50 plan includes your first t3.large Project (2 vCPU · 8 GiB). Additional Projects are priced by VM size. Buy Orca credits for Cursor-backed usage ($10 Orca usage ≈ $10 Cursor backend). Card checkout is not live — operators set orcaCreditsCents in Clerk. We do not invent Stripe charges.

Can two bots share one VM?

No. The model is 1:1 so IDE panels never lie about which machine you are on.

Do you partner with Salesforce, MuleSoft, or Cursor?

We use “Works with” / “Built for” language. Logos identify tools you already have. They are not a claim of partnership or endorsement.

Where do I get help?

Use the contact form on orcaesb.com. Include your Clerk email and the Project status shown on /access. Do not send secrets.
